Lisa Lost 50 Pounds in One Year
When it comes to getting in shape, especially eating correctly, and seeing the results down the road, my client, Lisa, whom you can see in the incredible video below makes it a real thing, here, in these “before” and “after” pictures.
Well, you know for sure, based on the quality of these shots, that there was zero use of Photoshop or any editing application, whatsoever.
This is she, pure and simple after one year of working out with me three days a week, eating correctly, drinking lots of water, and doing cardio 30-40 minutes, 4 times a week.
Remember, this lady is barely 5’4” and just about to turn 60 years old, and she’s lost 50 pounds!!
