Where to eat healthy... when eating out
One of the most difficult decisions for all of us is finding places to go out to eat, which are not an absolute sabotage to our goal of losing weight(body fat). My own biggest challenge is bottomless bowls chips at Mi Cocina.
I’m blessed to not like the taste of alcohol at all, which I’ve not tasted in 37 years.
